Kaitlyn Wagner is the Owner and Director of Kaitlyn Wagner Hairdressers in Brisbane, bringing over 27 years of international experience gained from living and working in France. She trained in advanced hair cutting, colouring, and styling at the prestigious Académie de Toulouse, where she developed her signature expertise in French Balayage.

Renowned for creating seamless, natural-looking colour with a strong focus on hair health, Kaitlyn is considered one of Brisbane’s leading balayage and colour specialists. Her French Balayage techniques deliver beautifully blended, long-lasting results while preserving the integrity and condition of the hair.

Kaitlyn’s talent was recognised early in her career when she became a finalist in the Avant Garde category of the national French hair competition Les Victoires de la Coiffure during her first year of apprenticeship. She later went on to win the Avant Garde category at another national competition, Métamorphose. After working in some of France’s most prestigious salons, she refined her reputation as an expert in precision cutting and advanced colour.

Driven by creativity and innovation, Kaitlyn was selected to work with Wella as a Digital Ambassador and was named one of their 140 Global Changemakers after winning an international competition. More recently, she was chosen by R+Co Bleu / R+Color as a Hair Artist and Educator, further cementing her status as a respected industry leader.

She has trained and collaborated with renowned hairstylists like Raphael Perrier, Silvia Salerno, Ludovic Geheniaux, Ivan Arniaud, and Sophia Hilton to continuously enhance her knowledge and skills.
